Shipping

 

Fabric flower brooches, obi scarves & scrunchies are made to order especially for you in our studio. Due to a high level of demand we advise customers to allow up to 10 days from order date for these items to dispatch (although it is usually quicker than this!!).

When we dispatch your order you will receive an email notification advising you of the Australia Post tracking details so you can monitor the progress of your parcel delivery. If your parcel has not arrived within 6 business days of the date you placed your order please email us at customercare@evassunday.com.au advising your name, order date and order number.

Shipping Fees

Australian Customers: If you spend over $300 your order will ship free, if you spend over $1000 you will receive free express shipping. Orders under $300 will attract a $10 shipping fee.

New Zealand Customers: Orders to New Zealand are now shipped via DHL. If you spend over A$300 your order will ship free. If you spend below that threshold your order will attract a A$20 shipping fee. 

Rest of the world: Worldwide order are now shipped via DHL. If you spend over A$1000 your order will ship free. If you spend below that threshold your order will attract an A$35 shipping fee.

International Deliveries

Please be mindful that the shipping charges above DO NOT include any duties or taxes that may be applied by the customs office in your country. Any such duties and taxes are the responsibility of you as the purchaser and not EVASSUNDAY. EVASSUNDAY will not reimburse any charges or duties incurred. Orders in Australian dollars may incur GST, taxes, custom charges and/ or duties ( as noted on your invoice). For more information on charges that you may incur please contact the customs authority in your country or state. 

Click & Collect

If you would like to collect your order from our Fitzroy Studio, please select the free PICK UP option at the checkout. If you select this option, your order will be ready and available for collection within 24 hours. We will contact you with further instructions when your order is ready. 

Please Note: Our inventory system will only allow you to select the PICK UP option if all of the items in your cart are available at our Fitzroy Store. If one or more items in your cart are being sent from our Beechworth location the pick up option will not be available. Please contact us if you have any questions.
